This past weekend, Rosenstein Law Group was happy to kick off the holiday weekend on Saturday at Wingstock held at the Mesa Amphitheater. The event kicked off with an Easter egg hunt at 10:30 am, and at 11 am was open to the public for a fun-filled day of wings, beer, and live music.
The mouth-watering smell of all the wings was intoxicating in itself, but there were also craft and domestic beers on tap to quench your thirst after eating some of the hottest wings in Mesa Arizona! With lines wrapping all throughout the amphitheater, it was no secret who the crowd’s favorite wingvendors were. ATL Wings was the returning champion of the 2013 King of Wings, and Cogburn’s Big Wings was last year’s winner of the 2013 Hottest Wings. Both booths had lines twisting and turning throughout the venue with people wanting a sample of their wings. There were also other hometown favorites there such as Vine tavern & eatery, and Native New Yorker.
There was also a wing eating contest, where contestants had five pounds of wings in front of them and five minutes to eat as many wings as possible. The winner of the contest finished with less than a pound of wings left!
Overall, the day was full of fun entertainment, cold beer, and delicious wings. As always, the Rosenstein Law Group was urging safety and encouraging people not to drink and drive after the event. Our firm strives to make sure people are aware of the consequences of drinking and driving, as well as helping them to be as prepared as possible if they do find themselves in the unfortunate circumstance of a DUI.
