The Prescott Consolidated Justice/City Court is located at 120 South Cortez Street, Room 103, Prescott, AZ 86303, in the historic Yavapai County Court House. Unlike many other misdemeanor courts in the State, the Prescott Consolidated Justice/City Court functions as both a city court, which handles misdemeanor criminal cases, civil traffic violations, and city code violations that occur within the city limits of Prescott, and misdemeanor criminal cases and civil traffic violations that occur within the Prescott Justice Court Precinct, which includes the city of Prescott, but also unincorporated areas outside of the city. The city is open for business Monday – Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. City case prosecutions are handled by the Prescott City Prosecutor’s Office and Justice Court case prosecutions are handled by the Yavapai County Attorney’s Office.
